  • The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If booking is made inside of 30 days, the full amount will be applied at time of booking.

 




CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • If the reservation is cancelled outside 30 days of arrival, 1 night’s room and tax will be charged.
  • If the reservation is cancelled inside 30 days of arrival (after full payment has been taken) it is non-refundable
  • A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification.

    Smoking Policy

    • Stewart Mountain Lodge is a non-smoking facility; all guest rooms are non-smoking
    • A fine will be charged to guests who choose to disobey the non-smoking policy
